Server, Fine Dining and Seafood

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Enter orders into the POS system and process payments using the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist with food preparation, handling, and service as needed

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the food industry and food service procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems
- Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety guidelines

Requirements:

-2 years of serving/fine dining experience

-Seafood experience or expertise

-Wine knowledge
