Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer support while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Looking for a professional, outgoing candidate that can not only provide assistance with daily operations, but can help with the creation of marketing tactics to help generate job leads and provide great communication with current and new customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide information about services offered.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations
- In-field marketing 1 day per week.
- customer follow-ups
- creating work orders daily and disbursing them to the technicians
- Be the main point of contact for customers.
- creating invoices and estimates and sending them to customers in a timely manner.
- Daily social media updates
- miscellaneous assistant tasks. (phone calls, emails, office related tasks)
- Maintaining a clean office
- Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Quickbooks online knowledge preferred. Ability to learn how to send invoices and estimates to customers.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
