Robert Mazza, Inc. is a family run operation consisting of three wine brands (Mazza Vineyards, Mazza Chautauqua Cellars, South Shore Wine Company) and a distilled spirits and beer brand (Five & 20 Spirits & Brewing) located along Lake Erie in PA and in Westfield, NY. A portion of the business is dedicated to contract production, production of bulk juice and wine, and contract bottling.
Responsibilities
Production and Compliance Departments:
This role is intended to support the distillery production team across all areas of production, packaging, inventory and shipping/receiving. Additionally, the role will support compliance requirements associated with this facility.
The candidate will actively execute and support the deployment, implementation and maintenance of new production software systems and work directly with the Head Distiller and Compliance Coordinator as well as various production supervisors. The primary focus of this role is to provide the support to ensure fully compliant, timely and accurate production and compliance records.
The candidate is required to enter and maintain detailed data related to inventory, costs, production records, bottling records, inbound and outbound shipments needed for reporting and projections, organizing and filing paperwork, and counting physical inventory. The emphasis for this position will be in supporting compliance and production for distillery and brewery teams with cross training and familiarity to assist the winemaking and sales teams. Candidate will be required to help provide support and coordinate communications between compliance, production, and other teams to ensure smooth and successful team interactions in a dynamic environment of a growing beverage alcohol producer.
The candidate must be self motivated and be able to work individually and as part of a team. The candidate must be able to help organize and complete work in an effective and efficient manner with a focus on quality. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks is a necessity.
Requirements
- Computer skills in Excel (proficient), QuickBooks, Word, Outlook
- Accurate data entry skills
- Travel to various locations - possible
- Schedule is 40 hrs weekly, weekdays.

Compensation
Commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
