Key Responsibilities :
- Investor Communications : Assist with quarterly earnings preparation, including call scripts, key messages and Q&A documents, including the “Fact Book.” Manage investor section of the company website, ensuring it contains up-to-date information and presents the company appropriately.
- Data Analysis and Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the finance, legal and marketing teams to analyze data to ensure a consistent and integrated message. Maintain peer database. Perform ad hoc projects as requested.
- Relationship Management : Maintain relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts. Ensure timely response to inbound requests. Analyze sell-side models and work with third-party to summarize. Ensure accuracy of consensus providers. Prepare analyst profiles as needed. Assist with management of buy-side and proactive targeting of potential investors.
- Investor Calendar : Organize and participate in investor calls, events, conferences, roadshows and proxy-related discussions, including preparing itineraries and briefing books. Keep detailed notes on meetings and follow-up requests.
- Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, stock surveillance, peer activities and investor sentiment.
- ESG Communication : Assist in forming the company's sustainability / ESG strategy. Assist with project tracking and maintain database. Assist in preparing sustainability reports and responding to investor queries on sustainability / ESG matters.
