Five Below Summer Internship Program is ON! Our limited open positions for Summer 2025 focus on company strategic initiatives in the exciting environment of value-driven, fun-focused retail. We are seeking energetic, responsible go-getters with innovative ideas, ready to actively participate in company initiatives.

Location :
In conjunction with WoWToWN’s current Ways of Working, we intend to offer a hybrid program for our interns, ensuring both a flexible and immersive experience. All applicants should plan to be in the Philadelphia area and access to our Home Office throughout the entirety of the program.
Internship Details :
10 weeks : June 2nd – August 8th
Full time – 40 hours / wk
Paid – $17 / hr
Greater Philadelphia location – on site / office requirements vary by internship position but should be generally considered hybrid. On average, an intern can expect to be in our home office 3 times per week.

Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Store Operations Intern to support the operational rollout of our cosmetics brand’s in-store expansion. As part of a fast-paced, dynamic team, you will play a key role in ensuring that new locations launch smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help track project progress, oversee inventory management, mitigate issues & develop troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities :
Store Set-Up Support :
Assist in preparing new store locations for the cosmetics brand expansion, ensuring all products, fixtures, and promotional materials are arranged according to brand guidelines.
Inventory Management :
Aid in managing inventory levels, coordinating the transfer of stock to new store locations, and tracking product availability.
Assist in monitoring shipments, managing stock, and ensuring inventory accuracy to maintain efficient store operations.
In-Store Operations Coordination :
Work with store teams to ensure operational readiness for new store setups and expansion projects.
Help manage project timelines, track milestones, and address any operational challenges that may arise during the rollout.
Cross-Department Collaboration :
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and merchandising teams to align on project strategies, timelines, and progress updates.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure that expansion initiatives are executed smoothly.
Reporting & Documentation :
Document in-store operations, including inventory status, store setup progress, and employee training updates.
Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators, store rollout progress, and any issues encountered.
Requirements :
Must be actively enrolled as a rising Junior, Senior, Grad Student or recent Grad pursuing a degree in Retail Management, Operations, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products & remote meeting software
Must have availability for the full 10-week program as space is limited
Must be a self-starter, highly passionate & detail oriented
Active ability to problem-solve & communicate effectively
Knowledge and passion for our brand is a plus!
