Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our HR processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle HCM Cloud system.
Responsibilities :
- Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet specific business needs through configuration, extension, and integration.
- Lead system testing, including the development of test plans, test cases, and execution of tests to ensure the quality of system configurations and customizations.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize their utilization and proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes and systems.
