Position Overview : As a Solutions Architect specializing in Oracle HCM, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of complex HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on Oracle HCM implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PaaS services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
