The Prep team is responsible for crafting a wide array of our signature glazes, jams, butter creams, and infusions that are used by our baking teams to decorate and finish our cookies and doughnuts.

Responsibilities include:
- Exhibit healthy personal growth striving toward overall company wellness
- Applying different processes to our evolving menu
- Ability to accurately demonstrate the process of how to cut, fold, laminate, wrap, date all dough products by hand.
- Proper storage of ingredients and pastries.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
Requirements include:
- High School diploma or the equivalency.
- Must be flexible and able to work within a team.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn, while retaining different recipes
- Comfortable with physically strenuous and repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to continuously stand or walk.
- Ability to bend, squat, use a ladder and lift frequently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- MUST BE 18 or older to apply.

Details:
Hourly Rate with Tipshare: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (base wage tip share)
Salary : $16 - $18
