We are actively searching for highly self-motivated leaders for Tucson locations.
We have a unique work environment as a fast casual dining experience with an open kitchen plan where our team is always putting on a show. A general manager at Five Guys is a working manager, we are on the floor working right along with the staff or in the lobby speaking with guests. As a general manager you will become the Five Guys expert that will lead the team to success all day every day.
Expectations of a successful Five Guys Shift General Manager :
- High energy with an awesome attitude and great communication with a smile is a MUST
- You are the owner of your store
- Required to work 50hrs a week with some nights and shifts every Friday & Saturday
- Sales goals, labor, food cost controls are in your hands
- Ability to handle daily cash, weekly and monthly inventory counts accurately.
- The highest standards of cleanliness, organization and food safety are a must.
- Prior general management experience in the food industry is preferred
- Continuous coaching and development of staff and management team
- Maintaining staffing levels
- P&L knowledge
- Growth of fundraising and catering sales
- Closed paid holidays for Thanksgiving and Christmas
