- Hourly Rate: Up to $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Management: Support the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Training & Mentorship: Coach and mentor crew members, ensuring they're trained and motivated.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest food and service standards, ensuring a clean and inviting restaurant.
- Financial Savvy: Assist with budget goals, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Guest Relations: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Driver - required
- Leadership skills with a passion for team development.
- Basic computer literacy and strong communication skills.
