Job Details:

- Pay: Up to $17 per hour, with performance bonuses and tips.
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours available, across various shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure a positive and efficient shift.
- Train and mentor crew members in all restaurant operations.
- Manage inventory and financial aspects of the shift.
- Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma is required.
- 1-2 years of previous leadership experience in any capacity.
- Food service industry experience preferred.
- ServeSafe Certification is a plus.
