- Rate: Competitive base pay of $14/hour, with tips $3/hour and benefits.
- Schedule: Days, nights, and weekends, with flexible shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations in the General Manager's absence.
- Lead and manage shifts, covering all restaurant operations.
- Ensure brand standards in product quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Mentor and inspire the team to exceed expectations.
- Handle inventory, cash, and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferred.
- 17 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and move around throughout shifts.
- Effective communication and energy.
- Adherence to company convictions and standard operating procedures.
