Key Responsibilities:

- People Management: Train and motivate team members, ensuring team and guest safety.
- Business Management: Support various areas like labor cost, sales, and inventory management.

Qualifications:
- 18 years or older
- 1-2 years of fast-casual restaurant management experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and climb stairs.
