Job Details:
- Location: 3454 W 86th St, Indianapolis, IN
- Pay: Up to $18/hour
- Hours: Full-time, schedule flexibility required
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Lead energetic shifts, ensuring our restaurant meets Five Guys standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- People Management: Coach and motivate team members, ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.
- Business Management: Assist with cost control, sales, and inventory management, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Project Support: Implement marketing initiatives and provide timely administrative support.
Qualifications:
- 18 years old or older
- 1-2 years of previous shift leader experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train team members effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
