Job Details:

- Pay: Up to $17 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Hours: Full-time, with flexible shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Step up as a Shift Lead, ensuring smooth operations during your shifts.
- Train and support your crew to rock their roles.

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old.
- 1-2 years of previous leadership experience in the food service industry.
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate, train, and empower team members.
- Proficient in basic technology systems (Microsoft Office preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation required.
