About the Role:

We are looking for a District Manager to help provide support for the stores in our Buffalo NY Market. This position will report to our Director of Operations. The District Manager is responsible for directing the daily operations of restaurants in their assigned district, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. This includes product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.

Salary: $75k-$85K/ yearly - plus a 10% bonus program (paid monthly)

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience as a DM or multiunit GM required in a fast casual or fast food restaurant

Essential Functions

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50 pounds for the duration of your shift (up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks)
• Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment

• Work with hazardous substances such as hot oil
• Read, write, speak, and understand basic English
• Communicate clearly
• Lead a team effectively
• Use a basic computer system (ex. cash register)
• Finger dexterity
• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
• Maintain general knowledge of FGNY: locations, transportation, management team, etc.
• Adhere to Company’s policies and procedures, as well as City, State, and Federal laws and mandates
