Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate POS system to accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- POS, cash register, and cash handling experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Food handling and preparation knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience
- Basic math skills and knowledge of sanitation practices
