What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator position at Five Hundred Degrees Studio?
500° is looking to add an Account Coordinator to our Account Services team. The Account Coordinator is crucial in supporting the client-facing account services team. This is a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment where you will assist with client communication, coordinating project tasks, and contributing to the overall success of client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day support of Account Services team; Assist account team members and directors in managing client relationships by responding to client inquiries, requests, and providing updates on project status
- Coordinate and track the progress of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Completing administrative tasks within defined timelines; such as:
- Creating and updating change orders
- Routing artwork/creative assets
- Documenting client calls
- Updating status
- Entering estimates
- Address any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution, escalating them to the appropriate parties when necessary
- Facilitate communication between various internal departments and external clients to ensure effective collaboration and seamless project execution
- Tavel up to 15-20% of the year, as needed, to client locations, industry events, or other relevant destinations
What You'll Need:
- Associate or bachelors Degree with focus in communications, marketing or related field and/or 0-2 years relevant work experience
- Must be fluent in MS Office Suite
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to function in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be self-motivated and have strong, effective problem-solving skills
- Prior agency experience is a plus
- Keynote fluency is an added bonus
