Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall dining experience through excellent service and knowledge of our drink offerings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends, menu changes, and promotions.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills are necessary for managing cash register operations and processing transactions.
• Experience in the food industry or retail math is advantageous.
• Skills in brewing or knowledge of banquet service can enhance your application.
