*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering outstanding food service. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. *Duties* - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. - Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize guest flow. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS system. - Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. - Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and a helpful attitude. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. - Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. - Assist in other restaurant duties as needed, contributing to a positive team environment. *Skills* - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. - Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting. - Proficient phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries. - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A genuine desire to help others and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
