As a Business Development Representative, you will be a key player in driving the success of our Sales Team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in lead generation, initial client contact, and coordination of client meetings. Your proactive and organized approach will contribute to keeping the sales machine streamlined and effective.

  • Requirements :

    What we will ask you to do :

  • Self-generate leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, emails, networking, and industry events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, engaging in initial conversations to understand client needs and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide basic information about our services.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to schedule and coordinate client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure all necessary resources and information are prepared for successful client interactions.
  • Assist in the creation and customization of presentation materials, proposals, and other documentation needed for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and address client queries.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients to answer basic questions, gather feedback, and maintain engagement.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Required Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience in a pure hunter sales role
  • Previous experience working with a CRM tool preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desired Skills & Experience :

  • Previous experience in business-to-business lead generation
