POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Maintenance Associate to join our team at 504 Golf, a leading golf entertainment venue in the heart of New Orleans. The ideal candidate must be an experienced Manager Associate to oversee all building-related activities. This role is responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and to ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments.
- Assist with the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist in inspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Assist in running routine safety inspections
- Assist in corresponding with contractors
- Assist in building maintenance and support services such as cleaning, catering, hospitality, security or parking
- Assist in ensuring buildings function smoothly throughout their operational life
- Assist in inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing problems, as well as any structural issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 2-3 years of building maintenance preferred.
- Strong willingness to keep the facility running properly.
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.
Working Conditions
