The ideal Speech Language Pathology Assistant candidate will need to be motivated and enthusiastic about their profession and willing to collaborate in a dynamic atmosphere. The position will report to and be supervised by a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist as required by the State of California.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services in accordance with individual treatment plans developed by Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Assist with conducting speech-language screenings and assessments using appropriate prescribed techniques and devices.
- Document client progress toward goals and objectives by preparing records, logs, goal sheets or other means of documentation.
- Provide assistance to staff as needed and through consultation, training and various activities.
- Assist with the development of goals and objectives for assigned clients.
- Prepare therapy materials and equipment for use during therapy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.
- Perform a variety of client case management support duties such as record maintenance, files maintenance and preparing reports related to assigned clients.
