Our client is seeking a Patent Agent or Technical Writer with expertise in wireless communication technologies and / or semiconductor processing or circuits to join their Intellectual Property practice group in San Diego.Ideal candidates for the Patent Agent role should have at least one year of experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications related to wireless communications and familiarity with 4G / 5G standards. Technical Writer candidates should possess an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and significant experience in drafting technical documents on wireless communication systems and standards.Fluency in Mandarin and industry experience in wireless communications are highly desirable.
