About the role
Business Analyst to assist a Senior Cyber Security Executive with key initiatives, presentations, reports and information gathering. Responsible for supporting the Senior Executive and the senior leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, managing operational processes, and facilitating cross-functional communication. Will also conduct data analysis, market research, and business modeling to help the company make informed decisions and achieve its goals.
Responsibilities
· Work closely with the senior leadership team to define and execute strategic projects and initiatives.
· Create business models and scenarios to support decision making and planning.
· Take part is research, information gathering, industry trends analysis to support decision making.
· Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage and streamline operational processes and workflows across the organization.
· Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities and objectives.
· Act as a liaison between the Senior Cyber Security Executive and the internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
· Handle ad hoc requests and special projects as assigned by the Senior Cyber Security Executive.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
· 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategy, or a similar role.
· Good understanding of Cyber Security and Information Technology concepts and terminology.
· Familiar with the utility and power generation industry.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
· Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and specifically, very strong PowerPoint Presentation creation and editing skills.
· Experience in working with senior executives and stakeholders.
