Position Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will provide strategic leadership in our virtual care solutions portfolio. You will manage a team of Product Owners, align business stakeholder needs with technical capabilities, and drive product vision that enhances healthcare delivery through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor Product Owners while providing strategic direction for multiple product lines and features.
· Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable product strategies.
· Portfolio Management: Orchestrate multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
· Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across all stakeholder groups and product teams.
· Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases and ROI models for new product initiatives.
· Cross-functional Leadership: Lead collaboration between Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure successful product delivery.
· Resource Planning: Work with leadership to ensure proper resource allocation across product initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience: 7 years of product management experience, with 3 years leading product teams in healthcare technology or related industries.
· Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring Product Owners and coordinating multiple product workstreams.
· Stakeholder Management: Strong track record of successful collaboration with C-level executives and key business stakeholders.
· Healthcare Domain: Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
· Business Acumen: Strong background in creating business cases, product strategies, and translating market opportunities into product initiatives.
· Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at all levels.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in enterprise healthcare software or SaaS platforms
· Understanding of AI applications in healthcare (nice-to-have)
· Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management
· Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
· Background in virtual care or telehealth solutions
· Experience with Agile at Scale methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
· Track record of successful product launches in regulated healthcare environments
Nice-to-Have Technical Knowledge:
· Basic understanding of AI capabilities and potential applications in healthcare
· Familiarity with healthcare data analytics and reporting
· Knowledge of modern API architectures and integration patterns
· Understanding of healthcare security and compliance requirements
· Awareness of emerging digital health technologies and trends
Note: Working remotely but ideally located close to Rochelle Park, NJ for occasional in person meetings.
