Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects within the SAP ERP, supply chain and finance disciplines
- Provide project leadership on S4 HANA ERP projects to ensure timely and effective project execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
- Applies knowledge and experience in own discipline while continuing to acquire and develop higher-level knowledge and skills
- Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers
- Solves a range of straightforward problems
- Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedure
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques
- Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Indirectly manages project team, individual contributors, and consultants within area of discipline
- Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization
- Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology
- Manages risk and dependencies, communicates and escalates impediments to facilitate transparency, and reduces bottlenecks
- Ensures adherence to -/ 10% say/do ratio
- Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have
- Preferred experience in SAP modules including FICO core modules including FI-GL/AP/Logistics Invoice Verification, Materials Management and Sales and Distribution
- Experience: 5 years
- Certified PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and technology trends
