Description

Five Rivers Marketing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager, Sales & Paid Ad Specialist to join our growing team. This part-time role (20 hours per week) will begin in person and transition to a hybrid remote position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales efforts, and executing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, client management skills, and digital marketing expertise to generate high-quality leads and optimize ad performance.


Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, digital marketing, or a related role

• Strong understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and lead generation strategies

• Experience with CRM tools and managing client relationships

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities

• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels

• Track and report key performance metrics for advertising campaigns and client accounts

• Develop and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall client goals

• Research and identify new sales opportunities, trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies

• Assist with proposal development, presentations, and sales pitches

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and competitive
