Responsibilities
- Receive inbound service calls and set appointments/answer questions for our service department
- Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
- Follow up with Customer Concerns and Questions by Discuss with Management Team
- Maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service or Call Center Required
- Previous Dealership BDC Experience and CDK experience a Plus!
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
