Responsibilities
Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other
communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client
information in our database.
- Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless
communication and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and
provide feedback for process improvement.
Experience
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related
field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
