* Compensation: Paid per completed job (biweekly payroll)
- Average pay per job: $850-$1,250

Key Responsibilities:
- Install shower and bath remodeling products according to company standards and client specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet the highest quality and safety standards.
- Work efficiently to complete projects on schedule while maintaining attention to detail.

- Maintain a clean, organized worksite and follow all safety protocols.
- Transport materials and tools to job sites using your own truck and company-provided 12ft trailer.
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or installation.
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
✅ Professionalism and excellent communication skills.
✅ Must own a truck capable of towing a 12ft trailer (required for transporting materials).
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
✅ Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
