What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Aide position at Five Star Bath Solutions?
We are a fast growing bathroom remodeling company seeking someone to assist our Project Manager in ensuring jobs are accurately planned for and completed according to our customer's expectations.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
1. Meeting with customers to gather accurate measurements of the bathroom project, ensure project specifications meet customer expectations and document (pictures and notes) project in a way that the project manager and installers can use to be fully prepared to complete the project efficiently.
2. Assist in organizing jobs and ensuring all necessary material and parts are accounted for before job is scheduled.
3. Have customers sign finance documents digitally.
4. Inspect completed jobs for completeness and quality of work.
5. Collect final payments upon customer's satisfaction of completed job.
This can be a part time or full time position depending on the candidate and what you want to take on.
Basic construction knowledge is a plus, Valid Driver's License, have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
Represent the company in a professional manner and display timeliness in showing up to appointments.
Pay is $15 - $24/hour depending on experience. Pay will increase as knowledge and dependability are displayed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
