We have had extremely low turnover and as part of our expansion in the King County, Washington State market, we are seeking an ambitious In Home Design Consultant to join our team based in the Federal Way or Kent area. The ideal candidate is a sales closer. This role will require up to 75% travel in the field.

Position Overview:
The In Home Design Consultant will spearhead our growth and establish our presence in the Federal Way, Kent and surrounding market areas of Washington State. As the In Home Design Consultant, you'll have the unique opportunity to take ownership of your schedule and drive revenue growth for our cutting-edge bath solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct In-home Sales: Drive to confirmed clients' home to perform a professional consultative conversation, product demonstration, and sale; ensure the use of the Sales Support platform and record ALL Sales
- Close Deals: Successfully closing sales based on quarterly/yearly goals
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, installation, and accounting to ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong, CONFIDENT interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to feel positive about your exchange. You are expected to take on a consultative approach that allows the customer to learn about the product and you learn about the customer's needs.
- Customer-Focused: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Specifically, have excellent listening skills and practice being present, listening to hear the needs of the customer and working to ensure they have clarity on how the Five Star Bath Solutions line of products adds value to their needs.
- In Home Remodeling Experience: Experience in Home Remodeling Business is not required but preferred
- Education: College degree is preferred
Required:
- A CAR
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma/GED
- Computer skills. You are NOT afraid to use an iPad and software.
