Job Summary
In this full-time position, an Acrylic installation tech can expect to earn a competitive wage between $40 - $45 hourly, based on previous experience. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ACRYLIC BATH INSTALLATION TECH
- Education – High school diploma or GED required.
- 3 years of carpentry and renovation experience, with the ability to read a tape measure. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLING ACRYLIC BATHROOM PRODUCTS. IE: ACRYLIC WALL SURROUNDS, SHOWER PANS, BATHTUBS, SHOWER / BATHTUB BYPASS DOORS, ACRYLIC ACCESSORIES. WALK-IN TUBS.
- 3 years of plumbing experience with a working knowledge of installing both mixing valves and drains.
- Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Communication Skills –- Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (Truck/Van).
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN WORK TOOLS.
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK.
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST.
Responsibilities
- Install acrylic bath systems according to project specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to renovation standards.
- Conduct plumbing as required, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while managing materials and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns and provide updates on project progress.
- Document process with photos and ensure all details are loaded into the company software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
