Helper

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Helper. As a Helper, you will assist the production manager and installers with various tasks to support our bathroom renovation operations and ensure smooth workflow. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization. You will have the opportunity to learn a valuable trade with the opportunity to advance to a 6-figure lead installer position. You need to have a drivers license, clean criminal record and reliable transportation, a truck is preferred. We work within a 1.5 hour drive radius from Jacksonville- from Daytona Beach- SE Georgia.

Duties:
- Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Bathroom Demolition, framing and remodeling
- Support skilled workers in their daily tasks
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of residential construction
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent communication skills
