Job Overview
Five Star Bath Solutions is looking for a bathroom installer. We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and be proficient in installing a wide range of products. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Installer must have pervious carpentry experience, some basic plumbing and electrical knowledge as well. One week of training will be required at our corporate site in Warren, Michigan. This is a 1099 role with about two jobs per week each paid by installation plus additional for added installation features outside the shower such as floor, toilet, electrical, etc. Must have a truck or a way of carrying supplies to job sites, this includes large panels up to 8ft tall, tubs, shower doors, etc.
Duties
- Perform installations of various construction elements including flooring, cabinetry, and glass fixtures.
- Execute masonry and concrete finishing tasks as required.
- Conduct frame carpentry work with precision and care.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand installation requirements and timelines.
- Utilize construction estimating skills to assess project needs and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and client specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the installation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction-related fields such as flooring installation, cabinet installation, or glass installation.
- Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus.
- Strong skills in masonry, concrete finishing, and frame carpentry are highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
