Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food service area
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling sandwiches, and portioning meals
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe handling and storage of food
- Set up and break down banquet or catering events as needed
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and rotating stock
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
