The Director of Retail Operations has financial and operational responsibility for each team within their assigned division with a goal of continuous improvement. They must ensure the delivery of the highest standard of customer service and that all retail needs of the company’s customers. Directly supervise all vending and micro-market operations. Work collaboratively with corporate and division level management to ensure best in class
service standards, execution compliance and profitability that meets or exceeds company guidelines and budgets. Must be able to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s
policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training retail market and
vending employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
