Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and restock coffee products to retail locations and businesses across your route.
- Ensure products are presented attractively and in accordance with company standards.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with product ordering to avoid stock outs.
- Conduct regular quality checks on coffee products and equipment to ensure freshness and functionality.
- Set up eye-catching promotional displays and maintain their stock and appearance.
- Educate customers on product features and brewing techniques to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within your territory.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Report any customer issues or feedback to management promptly for resolution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous merchandising or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Non-DOT Route Available
