About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, innovative, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations, including email campaigns, social media, and content creation. You will also assist in event coordination. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director. This role is key in ensuring the success of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns and social media content.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage marketing materials for social media and events, including images and videos to engage the audience.
- Event Support: Assist with organizing materials for expos, events, and handle on-site setup, if needed.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer and vendor databases as part of the company’s monthly email marketing efforts.
- Cold Calling for Partnerships: Reach out to potential partners to develop and nurture new business relationships.
- Activities Calendar and Reporting: Follow a detailed activity calendar, ensuring all tasks meet deadlines and align with marketing goals. Provide regular updates on key performance metrics to track project success and meet company objectives.

- Experience with CRM, Mailchimp or Asana is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Authorization to work in the USA is required.
