Telemarketer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through outbound calling and warm calling strategies to promote our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential in driving business development and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential clients.
• Document interactions and update customer information in Salesforce software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify market opportunities and develop strategies for outreach.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Meet or exceed daily call quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with business development concepts and outbound calling techniques.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in sales are essential traits for this role.

Pay: $350.00 - $1,000.00 per week
