What You’ll Do
- Professionally handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and drivers
- Accurately take and dispatch orders, ensuring timely service and efficient scheduling
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between customers, dispatchers, and drivers
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Adapt to rotating shifts and flexible hours as required by business needs
- Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or call center environments preferred
- Comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence and accountability
