The Mortgage Loan Coordinator is responsible for making initial contact with all new applicants, leads and referrals. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares accurate loan applications to be sent to a Mortgage Loan Originator. Requests and uploads supporting documentation needed for initial review by Mortgage Loan Originator. Maintains knowledge of portfolio and secondary market products and guidelines. Follows up with members and prospective members seeking residential mortgage loans.
This position is located at our Headquarters in Dothan, AL. Salary begins at $21.33 an hour and may increase based on experience.
