Job Description
The job requires responsible merchandisers to stock products at local grocery stores. The employee will restock shelves, build and replenish displays by moving product from the backroom to the beer aisle of the store. They may lift or move an average of 50 lbs up to 160 lbs with or without a hand truck up to 47 inches from the floor, and stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, and carry on a repetitive basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Must hold a valid driver's license with a DWI/OWI-free driving record that can be company-insurable.
- Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen, reference check, driving records review, and criminal background check.
- Must be committed to the responsible use of alcohol and understand and adhere to local and federal alcohol-related laws.
- Must understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to obtain a sales permit.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
