Overview:
We’re seeking an ambitious, entry-level Management Trainee to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and client representation. You’ll receive comprehensive training across various departments and contribute to client marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and on-site promotions. This role offers a clear path to leadership within the marketing and sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in training to understand company operations, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
• Support retail campaigns and sales promotions for client brands.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and create memorable brand experiences.
• Assist in public speaking engagements to promote brand awareness.
• Develop negotiation and communication skills through vendor and client interactions.
• Maintain professionalism in customer service, both in-person and on the phone.

Qualifications:

• Strong desire to learn and grow in business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.
