The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for their assigned operations, ensuring all hiring needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires extensive travel (up to 75%) to support field hiring initiatives and build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners. The Corporate Recruiter will champion the applicant tracking system (ATS) and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent while ensuring compliance with hiring regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain regular and timely attendance as an essential function of the role.
· Take full ownership of assigned job orders and hiring needs.
· Maximize utilization of the ATS to manage the recruitment process effectively.
· Ensure hiring needs are filled in a timely and efficient manner.
· Oversee reporting requirements and recruitment metrics.
· Manage and maintain flow log records for all candidates.
· Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, problem-solve, and improve hiring strategies.
· Adhere to OFCCP and EEOC compliance regulations in all recruitment practices.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
· Establish a structured communication cadence to review staffing needs with hiring managers and recommend recruitment strategies.
· Continuously research and implement innovative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
· Build and maintain strategic relationships with local community partners and agencies to meet recruitment goals.
· Lead and coordinate recruitment events, including community, high school, and college job fairs.
· Screen and interview candidates, assess fit, and make hiring recommendations.
· Stay informed on labor market trends, recruiting practices, and industry developments.
· Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within recruiting and talent development.
· Maintain ethical and professional interactions at all levels within and outside the company.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or high school diploma with at least 3 years of direct recruitment experience.
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
· Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance regulations.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
Work Environment:
This position requires frequent travel to field locations, hiring events, and meetings with hiring managers. The work environment may include office settings, recruitment fairs, and on-site visits at company locations.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
· Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods during hiring events.
· Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. as needed for event setup.
