Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. Duties
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Help set up and break down banquet events, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Support catering operations by assisting with food delivery and setup at off-site events.
- Participate in ongoing training related to food handling, safety, and hospitality best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
