Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple dining locations within the assigned district.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all restaurants.
- Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies and initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of restaurant performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, human resources, and finance, to achieve overall business objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar role in the QSR / Fast Casual industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned district.
