Job Summary:
The Corporate Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing fuel cards, overseeing fleet maintenance, and ensuring fleet safety compliance. This role will collaborate with regional teams to optimize fleet performance, control costs, and uphold safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor fuel card usage to track and control expenses.
- Oversee fleet maintenance schedules to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance.
- Develop and enforce fleet safety policies, ensuring adherence to DOT regulations and company standards.
- Work with vendors and service providers to maintain cost-effective fleet operations.
- Analyze fleet data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Train and support drivers on safety protocols and vehicle best practices.
- Ensure proper vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fuel management, vehicle maintenance, and fleet safety.
- Experience with fleet management software and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and fleet safety best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
