Corporate Café General Manager/Chef – Plant Hatch
Location: Plant Hatch (Baxley, GA)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2 PM
Starting Salary: Up to $65,000/year up to $5,000/year in bonus pay

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Corporate Café General Manager/Chef to oversee daily operations at our café located within Plant Hatch. This role combines culinary expertise and managerial leadership to ensure high-quality food service in a corporate setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily café operations, ensuring excellent service and high-quality meals
- Develop menus that align with corporate dining expectations and nutritional guidelines
- Prepare and oversee food production, maintaining top-tier food safety standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget goals
- Supervise and develop a team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Build relationships with employees and guests to enhance the café experience
